Has HoJ notified you that we have an opening and you're ready to enroll? 

We’re so excited to welcome your little one into our HoJ family! Here's what you'll need to secure your spot:

To officially reserve your child’s place, please submit:

• ✅ Completed Enrollment Application
   
• ✅ Pages 9 & 10 of the Parent Handbook, signed
   
• ✅ $100 non-refundable registration fee
  (You can pay via Venmo or in person at school.)
   

To complete your child’s file, the following must be submitted by their start date:

• 📄 Certificate of Health (signed by your child’s doctor)
   
• 📄 Shot Record or Vaccine Exemption Affidavit
   Please note: We must have the original Vaccine Exemption on file.
  
   
• 💵 First Week’s Tuition, due the Thursday before your little one starts
   

📌 Be sure to review the Enrollment Checklist to ensure all documents are turned in!
